Today, we are excited to announce our participation in Visa Fintech Partner Connect, a program designed to help Visa’s issuing clients quickly connect with a vetted and curated set of technology providers.

Now more than ever, cardholders expect best-in-class experiences from their issuers. Concurrently, issuers have evolved in recent years from exclusively traditional banks with brick and mortar branches to everything from food delivery platforms to crypto exchanges. Couple heightened cardholder expectations and the expanded issuer category with digital acceleration driven by the Covid-19 pandemic, and you have meaningful tailwinds resulting in more personalized and nimble card products.

Over the past few years, there has been a focus on new fintech infrastructure companies that have made it easier than ever to launch fintech and card products. Equally transformative is the evolution of traditional financial services players adopting these fintech infrastructure products to scale their businesses to keep pace with their smaller fintech counterparts.

At VGS, we’ve seen the increased pressure to launch card products to meet changing consumer preferences and financial needs. From building card products that support the booming creator economy to cards that are adjusted to shifts in consumer spending during the pandemic, fintechs and traditional financial institutions alike are catering to cardholders at a faster clip than ever before. At the core of newly launched card products often lies a fintech infrastructure company, like VGS.

Visa’s belief in the power of technology and innovation to improve cardholder digital experiences and connect their clients with digital-first, next-generation payments platforms dovetails perfectly with VGS’ mission to help clients issue new card products in record time. Using VGS speeds time to market for card issuers so they can meet consumer demand and serve cardholders with better and more personalized products.

We’re thrilled for our expanded partnership with Visa to enable the next wave of card products that will support cardholders’ evolving spending habits and financial needs.
